Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International Shipping (Worldwide) We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times:
- Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Asia & Pacific: 14–25 business days
- Rest of the World: 14–30 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Renüss has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hellorenuss@gmail.com
